FEE INFORMATION
The Vale Medical and Wellness Centre is a Mixed Billing practice from 1 September 2023.
Patients under the age of 16, Pension Card, Concession Card, Healthcare Card holders will continue to be bulk billed.
Patients between the ages of 16 and 65 without a Concession card or Healthcare card will be private billed. This is rebatable by Medicare.

LIMITATIONS OF TELEHEALTH PHONE CONSULTATION:
1. Our doctors are unable to prescribe sleeping tablets, pain medications or any other medications where there are high chances of abuse. You will need to see your regular GP for these as they are monitored by your doctor.
2. We are unable to consult on any skin condition which is related to sun damage or skin cancer as for these you will need a close-up examination by your GP or dermatologist.
3. Mental Health Care Plans cannot be done on a phone consultation.
If you are unwell and have not improved after a Telehealth phone consultation then you should book a face-to-face appointment.
