The Vale Medical and Wellness Clinic is a 100% Bulk Billing clinic for all eligible patients with a valid Medicare card, effective from 1st November 2025.
This means no out-of-pocket costs for Medicare card holders for standard GP consultations. Simply present your Medicare card at reception.

Cancellation Policy
Please give us adequate notice if you cannot attend your appointment
⚠️ Did Not Attend (DNA) Fee: $40.00
A $40 fee applies if you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
